Made by Siat of Italy the H3-S Safety Tape Gun offers a pivoting blade which conceals the blade when the tool is not in use. As the operator puts pressure on the wiper to cut the tape the blade is exposed and the cut is accomplished.The H3-S has an adjustable tension brake and is for 2 inch wide tape on a 3 inch core.
